Dear All,
I will be attending a PhD fair in Shanghai on the 22nd and 23rd of
November, where I will
introduce the departmental research and have one to one meeting with
potential PhD students.
Due to the current situation, PhD students from China can be involved
only in fundamental research,
or, in other words, in projects with very low Technology Readiness
Level, especially in fields where
there could be military applications.
If you are interested and have a suitable project, please send me by the
end of next week a Power
Point slide with description of the project, why it is
interesting/important, why you are the ideal
supervisor and what the student will gain in doing that project.
Best regards
Francesco
