Details: This session is to support Managers to support their staff. A pilot training overview for managers to help start the conversation and feel comfortable and confident to talk to staff about mental health and wellbeing. Delivered by Dr Kirsten Russell from Strathclyde Psychology Department and Kevin Donovan our Workplace Health and Wellbeing Manager
