[Academic] More attendees needed: PH550 Student Project Talks

Dear Colleagues,

Next week sees our hard working PH550 students present their project work. We are still in need of a couple more audience members to act as markers on our Monday and Thursday sessions.

Monday 6 November 1000-1200 (JA506)
Tuesday 7 November 1100-1300 (JA506)
Thursday 9 November 1000-1200 (TL565)

Each session has 5 presentations (see attached list).  If you are only able to attend a small number of presentations, please let us know and enter/exit the rooms in between the talks.
We have created a Doodle Poll<https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/axllz79a> for you to let us know which session you are intending to attend.

Hi all

PH550 Students are scheduled to give their Project Talk over 3 sessions in Week 8 (w/c 6 November).

We would really appreciate if you were able to attend at least one of the scheduled sessions so that the students have a good audience for their talks and have created a Doodle Poll<https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/axllz79a> for you to indicate which session you would be available for.  Each student has a 15 minute slot within the sessions and attached is the full schedule of times and Projects.

The 3 schedule sessions and locations are:

Monday 6 November 1000-1200 (JA506)
Tuesday 7 November 1100-1300 (JA506)
Thursday 9 November 1000-1200 (TL565)
