Dear All

A reminder to complete the Doodle poll<https://doodle.com/meeting/organize/id/b2GDwVjd> for the PH450 Project Talks if you have not already done so, especially if you are a Primary and/or Secondary Supervisor for any PH450 students, by today please.

For those who have already completed the poll, many thanks and I will be in touch soon with the schedule.

Best wishes
Jacqui

Subject: PH450 Project Talks - Weeks 5 and 6

Hi all

PH450 Students are scheduled to give their Project Talk over several sessions in Weeks 5 and 6.

We would really appreciate if you were able to attend at least one of the scheduled sessions so that the students have a good audience for their talks and have created a Doodle Poll<https://doodle.com/meeting/organize/id/b2GDwVjd> for you to indicate which session you would be available for. Each student has a 15 minute slot within the sessions.

Where possible students will be scheduled in for sessions that their supervisors are available to attend.

The scheduled sessions are:

Tuesday 13 February 2-4pm
Wednesday 14 February 10-12pm
Thursday 15 February 11-1pm
Friday 16 February 10-12pm
Monday 19 February 10-12pm
Tuesday 20 February 2-4pm
Wednesday 21 February 10-12pm
Thursday 22 February 11-1pm
Friday 23 February 10-12pm

Hope to see you at one of the sessions and if you have any questions please just let us know.

Best wishes

Jacqui and Helen
