As you see below, I have been asked to provide the names of any staff who have gone through any National Security Clearance checks.

Please can you let me know by Friday 1 March if you have undergone this process.

If this includes any of your current PhD students, please also let me know.

Hi All

I'm writing to you all to ask if you could advise of any staff you are aware of in your Faculties who have gone through any National Security Clearance checks. I appreciate you may not have the detail yourself but would appreciate if you could ascertain this through the appropriate routes in your Faculties.

Patrick Lee (cc'd) is the University's Security Controller with responsibility for ensuring the University meets any Government national security requirements when carrying out certain work. He is establishing a record of all staff who currently  have national security clearance who we are not already aware of.
