[Academic] Important: Budget consolidation - help needed

Hi everyone,
As part of our efforts to consolidate the budget for this Financial Year, I'd really appreciate your help.
If you are aware of any expenses from August '24 onwards -  travel or otherwise -  that have been charged to your Departmental or Group accounts (GENxxxx) but could instead be covered by a research or KE grant, please let Michaela know by next Wednesday (with Jo in cc). Michaela can provide you with a GL report for your GEN accounts if that would be helpful - just let her know. Once you have the report, please highlight any items that should be transferred to a grant directly in the spreadsheet.
This will make a big difference in helping us get a clear picture of our financial position.

PS: Looking ahead, it would be greatly appreciated if you could keep spending from Departmental accounts - particularly on consumables and travel - to a minimum wherever possible.
