[Cnqo] Moving CNQO scratch drive to Hippo

Hello,

It's been talked about for a year, but I think the time has come to move the scratch drive (the temporary folder for calculations) from x4400 to hippo.

I intend to work on this next week, hopefully on Wednesday morning.

This will involve updates to servers and PCs in the CNQO labs, and mean that the scratch drive is not available during the changeover for any calculations to use.
