[Cnqo] CNQO scratch directory offline from 11am this morning

Hello,

That's kudu, hippo, x4600 and olinguito online with the new scratch directory.

X4400 is misbehaving slightly at the moment so isn't accessible.

I intend to unmount the scratch drive later this morning (from 11am) to move it to Hippo.

X4400 and Hippo will be offline for a while.

I will let you know as soon as the servers are back online.
