Dear All,

It is that time of year again when we really (really!) need to update our group photo. As everyone has said they will be here on Monday 15th for Christmas lunch, we would like to take the opportunity to take some photos. Could I ask you, please, to assemble in the group meeting room (7.33) at 11am at which point Daniel will lead us to a location which meets with his approval. He has promised that if we all behave and do what he tells us then it shouldn’t take more than half an hour.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot make it at this time. If there are going to be a significant number of people missing then I can try to find another time, most likely after Christmas. Either that or we will photoshop you in in a style of our choosing - you have been warned!!! ;-)
