Hi Daniel,

hope all is going well
I'm looking for a post-doc, would you mind sharing the job description below around in Strathclyde?

Cheers,
Cristian

Post-doc position available at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh
The Quantum Photonics Lab is looking for a motivated researcher to join our work on developing spin-based quantum technology. The candidate is expected to lead efforts to create silicon carbide quantum devices for quantum networking, demonstrating spin-photon interfacing on chip integrating spintronic, photonic and micro-electronic functionalities. In parallel, there will be the opportunity to join on-going work on adaptive quantum sensing, exploiting a state-of-the-art setup involving fast digital electronics for real-time waveform control.
We are looking for an early-career researcher with expertise in any of the following areas: quantum optics, microwave spin control, nanofabrication.

The Quantum Photonics Lab hosts state-of-the-art research facilities, with seven cryogenic setups and dedicated equipment for optical spectroscopy and microwave spin control. More information about the group can be found on https://qpl.eps.hw.ac.uk/
Interested candidates are encouraged to contact Cristian Bonato (c.bonato at hw.ac.uk<mailto:c.bonato at hw.ac.uk>) as soon as possible
