<div>I know that the offices on the 3rd floor are rather uncomfortable due to the heat these days. If anyone needs a fan then we can get some from John Gillan – let me know in the first instance and I’ll ask him. </div>

<div>A reminder also about fire safety. The doors in the offices are all fire doors. This means that they must be closed if the area is unoccupied for extended periods, as should the office windows. When leaving please make sure to shut all windows and doors
in your office and in common areas.</div>
