Hello,

IT Services will be rebooting a core University network router at 7:30am on Monday 15th, in case you're in work early on that day. There will be about 10 minutes of network downtime.

Thanks,

Timothy

Just to note we are planning to upgrade/reboot a core router early on Monday morning. We've done what we can to minimise the impact of this.

I don't think any data centre networks will be adversely affected, but if so hopefully the fairly brief downtime period will mean everything will cope fine.

There will probably be a bit of wireless disruption for some users, but again the event is timed to have minimal impact there too. The Cloud will be definitely be impacted.

If you have any concerns, please get in touch.

Jethro.
