[Physstaff] Samba service on Dept web server

As part of the work to update the Dept webserver, the Samba service for kaimen.phys.strath.ac.uk will be switched off.

If you use the Samba service on that server, for example, to update web content, please contact me, and I'll sort out an alternative.
