[Physstaff] Staff and Student Wellbeing Events

Hi

The University is involved in a programme called Walk at Work to promote staff and student wellbeing.  It involves taking part in a number of activities, mainly walking but also swimming and I think cycling over a period of 8 weeks (you can choose the activity or a combination of activities) starting 18th April.

There are a couple of us already signed up but we need a team of five so if you are interested let me know.
