Please can you send this information around your areas. It was in the Digest today but it seems there was  a problem with the link to the walk so I have attached it here.   A  good  turn out for a short walk, on campus over the lunch hour to show support for this mental health initiative can have a big impact so hope   to see you there.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING
On average, one in four  people will experience a mental health condition in a given year.
