[Physstaff] Access to Electronics Workshop

Dear colleagues

Can I remind all staff that we are trying to reduce the footfall through 
the electronics workshop by restricting the consultation period to 
10.30-11.30 each day. This is needed to allow the guys working in there 
to get on with delivering on the large volume of jobs they already have.

I would particularly ask staff to make it clear to students they are 
supervising that this applies to all members of the department.
