[Physstaff] Downtime for Dept web/email server

Hello,

Last week, there was a problem with a disk on the main Dept web/email server, kaimen.

I hope to replace the disk tomorrow morning, 28th June from 9am.

There will be server downtime affecting most research group websites and departmental mailing lists as a result. I hope it won't be too long, and will let you know of any issues.
