The following alert/information update from the Estates Services Helpdesk has been sent to all staff who have an email address registered on the Pegasus HRIS system.  If appropriate, please ensure that you disseminate the details of the message to colleagues who may not receive this email.
As part of the on-going refurbishment works within the John Anderson Building, the contractor requires to complete works to the lower entrance door on Richmond Street. Works will be completed at Level 1 Richmond Street entrance on Friday 8th December and access will be limited during this time. All other access points to the building will be available should an alternative route be required. Please note, the door will remain an emergency exit at all times.
 Should this have any effect to you and/ or you have any special requirements please contact Liz Peacock, on telephone extension 5284 or email elizabeth.peacock at strath.ac.uk<mailto:elizabeth.peacock at strath.ac.uk>, to allow temporary measures to be put in place.
 We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience in carrying out essential maintenance works.
