Dear All,

I'm contacting you to seek your assistance in identifying people for our 
pool of non medical personal helpers. While we do our main recruitment 
drive in the summer, we are recruiting some more staff to the pool to 
cover various roles in the second semester. We are particularly keen to 
try to increase the number of males we have appointed to the pool and 
also the number who have science/engineering backgrounds. We are, 
however, recruiting from all faculties and considering applications from 
both males and females and anyone you think may be suitable should be 
encouraged to apply.

I'd appreciate it if you could circulate the attached to colleagues and 
students within your department? If you have any questions or require 
further information, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
