[Postgrad] 1st/2nd year reports, PG conference , vivas etc.

Details of procedures for 1st & 2nd year reports , this years PG 
conference/poster session and vivas will be sent out over the next few 
weeks as dates are finalised.

For information, a rough timetable is :

- Issue of instructions for completion of 1st & 2nd year reports : early 
July
- Deadline for completion of 1st/2nd year reports : end of July
- PG conference & poster session : mid-late August
- 1st/2nd year vivas : late August

Please note that the university has changed its requirements and 
procedures for PGR annual reports so the forms and procedure will be 
slightly different from those of previous years - details to follow in 
due course.
