Dear Mr Henderson,

This email is to let you know that the Institute of Physics Particle Accelerators and Beams Group will be holding a half day meeting on 13th January 2014 at the Cockcroft Institute on the proposed CLARA project.

This meeting will update the accelerator community on the current design of the proposed CLARA free electron laser (FEL) test facility project and also hear from members of the community who would like to use CLARA to carry out high impact experimental investigations or technology demonstrations in the field of particle accelerators and FELs.

The agenda and further details will be circulated shortly, please mark the date in your diaries for now. The meeting is expected to start at around 13.00 and end at around 17.30.

Please forward this onto others who you think might be interested.

Best regards

Jim
