[Postgrad] Physics Viva Timetable 2

Dear Kayleigh,

I don’t understand what is happening with the timetable, you are revising the schedule of the something that is currently happening.
I was supposed to have my viva this Wednesday 3rd September and now I am for the 10th next week.

I will fly to Korea for holidays on the 5th, this Friday, and coming back on the 20th of September.
About 4 months ago I’ve checked the dates of my booking with prof. Rob Martin and 2 weeks ago with prof. Neil Hunt to avoid clashes between the viva and my holidays.

I don’t know what to do, but I cannot attend the viva on the 10th September.
