[Postgrad] Teaching - Access to Timetables for Room Allocation

Hi

Staff have turned up to classes this week to find others in their rooms.  Please print off your timetable prior to teaching so that you have evidence of where you are supposed to be and when.  That way if someone is in your room you can show them that they are not supposed to be there.  To do this please see below:

Please note that you can access the University timetable at http://www.strath.ac.uk/timetables/

Go to 2014-15 Timetables
Class Timetables
Type in Class Code: PH...
Click the grey button on the right hand side.
Underneath in select class highlight the class (this will turn to blue)
Select weeks: All weeks
View Timetable

You can then print out the timetable.

If the problem still persists phone room bookings on 5851 and they will confirm the details.
