[Postgrad] Help Needed! - Please respond

Dear All,

The final UCAS lunch for this year will be held this week on Thursday 5th March and we desperately need another person to help on the day.  Thank you to the four volunteers we already have but to keep numbers manageable, we need a minimum of five.

Please can you let me know your availability to help with this this Thursday 5th March during the afternoon - from approximately 12 noon.   I would be grateful if you could respond to me as soon as possible and  no later than Wednesday morning, please reply even if it is just to say you cannot help.  As well as a free lunch you will of course be paid at the normal rate for your time.

The duties simply involve a taking a group on a short tour round the campus, taking them for lunch at the Nourish at aroma (formerly the Lord todd) and a short tour round the teaching labs.  We only need one more person to help make this very important recruitment event a successful day, so please let me know as soon as possible if you can help out.
