A reminder that today was the deadline to inform of your attendance at the Conference.  Please if you have not already done so, please let me know your requirements as soon as possible.  Thanks to all who have responded.

I have attached an updated timetable with an added participant, please recheck the schedule.

Dear All

Please find attached a draft timetable for the presentations for the 1st years'  Conference.  Please can you check over the draft timetable and let me know if you think your name is missing.  Please note that the timings are subject to change at this time.

On the day you will be roughly leaving around 9am and returning from Ross Priory about 5-6pm.  Lunch and high tea will be served on the day.

We need to confirm the number for the bus, please can you let me know if you require a space on the  bus?

We know that a few students have discussed with their supervisors regarding attending, but not presenting, please can you let me know if you fall into that category.

I would be very grateful if you could confirm your attendance and bus requirements by the 22nd July.
