[Postgrad] Swipe cards

Dear All

The system for swipe cards has changed recently and for Phd students to gain entry to the John Anderson and TIC building they must have a student card with their photograph on it.    These cards can be obtained from Livingston Tower (Room 3.06) on Tuesdays only between 10.00-11.45.

If you have any of the old swipe cards (without your photograph) on, please return to John Gillan and make arrangements to obtain a new card from Livingston Tower.

Also please return your access card to John Gillan when you finish your studies and leave the University.
