Thank you, to those who have already responded.

However, those who have not yet responded, may I remind you that, you have a legal responsibility to cooperate with the Department, enabling us to meet our statutory obligations,(Sect 7, HSAW Act 1974).

Failure to reply, will result in withdrawal of laboratory privileges, until further investigations can take place.
