[Postgrad] 1st Year Physics Postgraduate Conference - Ross Priory - Wednesday 17th August 2016

Dear All

Please find attached the draft timetables for the presentations for the 1st years'  Conference.  Please can you check over the draft timetable and let me know if you think your name is missing.  Please note that the timings are subject to change at this time.

On the day you will be roughly leaving around 8-8:30am and returning from Ross Priory about 5-6pm.  A buffet lunch and high tea will be served on the day.

We need to confirm the number for the bus, please can you let me know if you require a space on the  bus?

I would be very grateful if you could confirm your attendance and bus requirements by the 25th  July.
