[Postgrad] 1st Year Physics Postgraduate Conference - Ross Priory - Thursday 23rd August 2018

FAO: 1ST YEAR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

Dear All

Please find attached the draft timetables for the presentations for the 1st years'  Conference.  Please can you check over the draft timetables and let me know if you think your name is missing.

On the day you will be roughly leaving around 8:00am from the University and returning from Ross Priory about 6:00pm.  A buffet lunch and high tea will be served on the day.  Attached is the menu for the High Tea.  Please can you give me your choice plus let me know if you have any special dietary requirements?

I also need to confirm the number for the bus, please can you let me know if you require a space on the  bus?  If you do, please can you also give me a note of your mobile number in case of any issues with the bus.

I would be very grateful if you could confirm your attendance,  bus requirements and menu choice by the 22nd June.
