[Postgrad] spare room for academic visitor?

Dear All

Marius Gaudesius (in cc) is going to visit us from 1/11/18-14/12/2018 
and is looking for accommodation. Is anybody of you aware of a spare 
room in Nov/Dec or maybe even keen on renting something out?

Only condition is that he needs a receipt of the rent for reimbursement. 
So it needs to be somewhat official.
