[Postgrad] WE NEED YOU - SCOPE committee elections

Hi everyone,

we would like to invite you to our SCOPE committee elections this week!

When: Wednesday, 7th November 2018, 16:30pm
Where: 8th floor common room, John Anderson building
What: As you may have heard already, we will have our yearly elections for the SCOPE committee. With a lot of our current committee members retiring, we are therefore looking for YOU to join us!

If you are interested in finding out more about what activities we have planned with SCOPE this year and
- how you can become involved
- want to be elected as a member of the committee
- want to vote in the election as an official SCOPE member (if you're not sure whether you are a SCOPE member, drop us a quick email)
THEN please come by tomorrow!

The following committee positions will be elected:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Officer for Outreach
- Officer for Company Visits
- Officer for Social Activities
- Media Officer
You can find more detailed descriptions of these roles in the attached pdf file (don't worry about the very official style (based on the SCOPE chapter by-laws)...it's a lot more fun in reality ;)).
