[Postgrad] FMS - Expenses

Hi

It has come to my notice that some PhD students do not know how to access information on their expenses on FMS.  This is quite easy and there is a manual on the FMS hub which you can access.

For information, to access expenses on FMS please follow the instructions below:

Click on the expenses tab
Click on workflow enquiry
Tick the historical box
Type in the order number in the transaction box
Load

If nothing happens then try the following which also shows you the expenses still pending:

Click on the expenses tab
Click on expenses
Click on the open tab
If any of your expenses are still pending they will show as drafts.
Click on the draft, check the information and either save or cancel
To cancel you may need to check the procedure with Audrey or download the information from the HUB.
