Dear Colleagues,

We are currently recruiting staff for confidential focus groups/interviews designed to understand and address the equality and diversity issues faced by staff and PhD students in Science at Strathclyde, as well as to highlight areas of good practice.

We really need your support - it only takes an hour. The ultimate aim is to collect data that can demonstrate where problems lie and to inform a program of improvement and change.
