Dear all

Please see email below.  It would be great we could get names of 1 or 2
students from each Department, thank you.

Many thanks

Elaine

Dear Postgraduate Researcher

Each year the University supports up to 70 undergraduate summer research
internships through our RI at S programme
<https://www.strath.ac.uk/studywithus/scholarships/researchinternsstrathclyde/>.
To help these new researchers get off to a good start we are looking for
2 PGRs from each Faculty (preferably in years 2 and 3 of their PhD) to
work in partnership with our Learning Enhancement Team to design and
deliver three 90 minute workshops covering research design methods and
ethics, critical thinking and analysis, and findings and presentations.
The workshops need to be run in the last week of June/first week of July
2021. So, if you have a few hours to spare (approximately 12 hours in
total for preparation and delivery) and a flair for inspiring budding
researchers then get in touch!  As a thank you for your time and
engagement there will be a £180 honorarium award for each participating PGR.

If you are in year 2 or 3 of your studies, if you feel confident that
you can support students from disciplines across your Faculty and if you
have 12 hours to put into developing and delivering workshops between
now and the end of June please fill in this short form
<https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fstrath.eu.qualtrics.com%2Fjfe%2Fform%2FSV_4VND3xjv1LlD1cy&data=04%7C01%7Cg.r.m.robb%40strath.ac.uk%7Caf7e0b64b8804e7294df08d92b62a63a%7C631e0763153347eba5cd0457bee5944e%7C0%7C0%7C637588524964341171%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=GarGsm190xva66Iz1aAqMmtCXf0%2F%2F%2B4xr19Ju9mBG%2BE%3D&reserved=0>
before 5pm on Thursday 10 June and we’ll get back to you as soon as we
can.  If you have any questions about the programme or this training
development opportunity please get in touch at
