[Postgrad] Parking

Dear all,



Some PGR students who have been working on campus during Covid restrictions have been driving to work and parking on campus free of charge.



Please note that parking arrangements will change at the end of August and free parking will no longer be available.



I understand that the car park barriers were closed some time ago due to the amount of unauthorised parking by non-university staff and contractors.  However, staff and students who were given permission to work on campus were able to register their cars and their staff cards were activated for the barriers. The interim arrangements for car parking i.e. free access and right to roam were extended due to the relatively small numbers on campus.  However, as the academic year starts, we are expecting much larger numbers on campus and the right to roam method is likely to cause significant frustration.



You can still register your details below, to get access to the swipe card car parks, using your campus card until the end of August or whenever the new system comes into play.
