Final offer of 3% for all staff on spinal point 20 and above
The national collective pay negotiation process for Higher Education has now concluded and the following arrangements are now being put in place:
· UCEA – the organisation representing employers – has produced the final offer of a pay award of 3% for all those on spinal point 20 and above.
· There will be higher uplifts of up to 9% for those on the lowest points on the national pay scale.
· This pay increase will take effect from 1 August 2022 and, in the interests of ensuring Strathclyde colleagues receive the increase as quickly as possible and recognising the current inflationary pressures, it will be paid to all affected staff in the August payroll.

· If it's a Channel meeting, then it will get stored in a "Recordings" folder in the channel Files tab of the Team Channel.
