[Cyber secure files]If you are or have been a member of the USS Pension Scheme then you may have received an email yesterday regarding a data breach at their supplier, Capita.
The data breach has been in the media for some time, however, USS were informed that a datafile containing 470,000 active, deferred and retired members from across the HE sector, had been compromised.

Willie Reid, Director of the Strathclyde Offshore Energy Transition Programme, and NMIS' Chris Courtney, Chief Executive Officer, Lynne O'Hare, Chief Commercial Officer, and Keith Ridgeway, Senior Executive - Manufacturing, hosted an onsite visit by the North Sea Transition Authority and Offshore Energies UK to the new National Manufacturing Institute for Scotland.
They discussed the advancement of partnerships in advanced manufacturing for the offshore energy transition.
