Kicking off this year’s IWD celebrations is Strathclyde’s inaugural Women at Work staff photography competition, an opportunity for us all to showcase the remarkable contributions and achievements of women across all our job families
The competition is open to all colleagues and there will be a £100 voucher awarded for the winning entry.

The new site<https://universityofstrathclyde.newsweaver.com/cvg4pnmkid/lh1uwkkiw2ww5sb93d38j4/external?email=true&a=5&p=63999879&t=31139368> is underpinned by a new complaints form that allows the University to gather more specific data on the type of complaints the University is dealing with. The page will be updated regularly with relevant resources that will make it easier for colleagues to log, manage, respond to and learn from complaints.

Student Cards
Student facing staff to discourage physical cards

The digital student card on the Mobile App is now the primary form of student ID and can be used to access the library and is accepted as a form of ID at most venues and retail outlets.

[Ian MacLellan]Ian started his current role as Head of Safeguarding last month, having previously been Head of Service in Student Support and Development.

The 'Queer and the Cost of Living Crisis' RSE Seminar Series continues with a cross-institutional panel of LGBTQ+ student association representatives on 16 February, 12 - 2pm (CW404a+b).
All are welcome, come join in for LGBT+ History Month. This series is part of Professor Yvette Taylor's RSE Personal Fellowship (2023-24) Queer Social Justice.
