Dear All,

The Scottish Microscopy Society (SMS) Annual Symposium will be held on Tuesday 26th  November 2024 at Hampden Park Conference Centre in Glasgow.

This is a 1-day conference with great opportunities for post-docs and students (and others!) to present in a friendly environment. There will be talks, posters, workshops and a trade exhibition.  We will be running an Image Competition in advance of the Symposium and we will also be presenting our annual award to the Scottish Microscopist of the Year.

This conference is open to anyone who uses or builds microscopes, across all disciplines, techniques and research themes.  Details of how to register for the Symposium, and how to enter the competitions, will be circulated soon.

This is our 50th Anniversary Symposium, so please come and join us!
