[UKNC] UKNC membership 2019/20

Dear all,

 

The time has come for institutions/companies to register their membership of
the UKNC for the period April 2019 - March 2020. 

 

As last year, we will again be using Eventbrite to collect membership: see
UK Nitrides Consortium 2019/20
<https://uk-nitrides-consortium-19-20.eventbrite.co.uk/> . 

 

The deadline for renewing UKNC membership is 30st April 2019. Please liaise
with other parties in your institution/company to avoid unnecessary
duplicate membership.

 

In January 2019, the UKNC committee agreed to raise the membership fee by
10% after being the same for many years. This was in order to raise money
for summer bursaries.

 

The relevant membership categories (excluding the Eventbrite processing fee)
are:

*	Small academic group (up to 6 people) :            £110
*	Large academic group (more than 6 people):     £220

(For larger academic groups who wish to split the fee across two departments
please sign up as two small groups)

*	Industrial member:                                              £220
*	Individual member:                                             £110

 

Membership allows you to:

·         Be part of this thriving community

·         Qualify for reduced rates at the Annual Winter Conference

·         Have your students be eligible for conference bursaries

·         Vote at the AGM
