[UKNC] Abstract deadline extended - UK Semiconductors 2019 Conference at Sheffield

Dear Colleague,



The UK Semiconductors 2019 conference will be held at Sheffield Hallam
University City Campus (Howard Street, Sheffield S1 1WB) *10-11** th July
2019*. Registrations are now open and the details can be found
https://uksemiconductors.com/?page_id=183

Abstract submission for the conference deadline has been extended and is
now 03/05/2019. Please email your submissions to
abstracts at uksemiconductors.com, and state your preferred symposia as below:
(please note that there is *NO* Symposium G - Wide Band-gap Semiconductors
this year, please submit III-nitride-related papers to one of the symposia
below based on the scope of your papers)

§

§  A – Physics in Semiconductors

§

§  B – Optical Devices

§

§  C – Electronic Devices

§

§  D – Semiconductor Materials and Nanostructures

§

§  E – Mid-IR and THz Devices

§

§  F – Organic, Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Semiconductors and Perovskites

Abstracts should be a single sheet of A4. PDFs or Word documents are
acceptable.  Please ensure you include authors, affiliations and
corresponding author email. The abstract submission deadline is *26th April
2019*.



*This year UKNC will subsidise 50% of the early bird Registration Fees
(register before 17th May 2019) for accepted student papers related to
III-nitride semiconductors from UKNC members. **If you are submitting
student papers, can I please ask you to state it in your email when you
send your abstract.  **There is an option in the Registration Online Shop
for the student paper discounted fee.*
