[UKNC] UKNC: final reminders

This is a final reminder that today is the deadline to register for the
UKNC Winter Meeting in Cardiff and also your last chance to submit an
abstract for a poster or oral presentation. It's shaping up to be an
excellent meeting, and I hope to see many of you there.
