[UKNC] UKNC draft programme

[Prof Rachel Oliver]

Dear All, 

I attach a draft programme for UKNC. Some details - specifically session
chairs - are yet to be confirmed, but I do not expect to make
significant changes to the schedule beyond this point. I will circulate
a final version of the programme and also an abstract book in the New
Year.
