This is a brief reminder of the submission deadline of 1 March for WOCSDICE (2-4 June) and EXMATEC (3-5 June) 2020 in Bristol, United Kingdom. Abstract template and submission details are available on https://www.wocsdice-exmatec-2020.com/. Conference registration is also open.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in Bristol for these two long-established and complementary workshops in compound semiconductor devices and materials.
