We are organizing a special issue that may be of interest to you. As guest editor, I cordially invite you to submit a manuscript for consideration and possible publication in a special issue on Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Based Solar-Blind Photodetectors to be published in Micromachines, an open access journal of micro/nano-scaled structures, devices, systems as well as related micro- and nanotechnology from fundamental research to applications.
