[UKNC] Senior Research Fellow - Nitride Semiconductors

Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to announce that my group is advertising a Senior Research Fellowship in Nitride Semiconductors.  This post is essentially a fixed term junior faculty role, at a level roughly equivalent to an Assistant Professor in the US system, available for 5 years in the first instance, with the potential to extend for a further 5 years if funding is available.  The post holder will lead research within the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride, and also teach undergraduate students and supervise graduate students and post-doctoral researchers.
