*SUMMER GRANT CHALLENGE 2012*

Are you planning to submit a research proposal to EPSRC or BBSRC over 
the summer? Then why not join the University?s SUMMER GRANT CHALLENGE 
2012. This initiative will help you get your grant written and submitted 
by the end of summer by taking advantage of peer-to-peer support, 
guidance and deadlines.

The scheme will take place over a 12 week period during June-August. It 
involves the writing of the grant in three stages, will include three 
short peer-to-peer meetings and some general guidance on impact 
statements and costings.

Submitting your grant over the summer allows you to take advantage of 
the increased funding available for responsive mode proposals from EPSRC 
during 2012-13; or prepares for the September deadline for BBSRC. For
