[Academic] Change of Hours

Hi Everyone

It has been indicated to me that there may be a need for secretarial 
support beginning at 8.30 am and ending at 5.30 pm.  In order to 
ascertain departmental needs I have agreed to trial a number of options 
over the summer and during 1st semester.  I will need to work this 
around holidays but the plan is as follows:

Present - 6th July - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (finish at 3 pm on a Friday)
August and October - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (finish at 3 pm on a Friday)
September and November - 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (finish at 3 pm on a Friday)

At the end of this period I will feedback the level of support required.
