[Academic] Change of Hours

Dear Kirsten,

Given that registration week starts 17th September it may make more sense to try one of the 8:30 - 17:00 slots in September rather than August. During the latter part of September there always seems to be an increase in the number of students in the building looking for help etc.

It has been indicated to me that there may be a need for secretarial
support beginning at 8.30 am and ending at 5.30 pm.  In order to
ascertain departmental needs I have agreed to trial a number of options
over the summer and during 1st semester.  I will need to work this
around holidays but the plan is as follows:

August and October - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (finish at 3 pm on a Friday)
