Dear all,

You will have seen that last week’s Weekly Digest contained information
on the Education Excellence Fund bidding process for 2012-2013.
Information is now available on the Education Portal
<https://moss.strath.ac.uk/eduportal/funding/Pages/EducationExcellenceFund.aspx>.
You will see that we are asking for applications for large-scale bids
(up to £20k) and small scale bids (up to £1k). An expression of interest
is a required stage for large-scale bids but is not required for small
scale bids.

I would ask that you note the following timescales:

·Expressions of interest for *large scale bids* to be submitted to
education.strategy at strath.ac.uk <mailto:education.strategy at strath.ac.uk>
– Monday 17^th December

·*Small scale bids* to be submitted to education.strategy at strath.ac.uk
<mailto:education.strategy at strath.ac.uk> – Monday 17^th December

·Initial feedback from panel on *expressions of interest for large-scale
bids* – Thursday 10^th January 2013

·Feedback from panel on *small scale bids* – Thursday 10^th January 2013

·Deadline for large-scale bids to be submitted – Monday 4^th February 2013

·Outcome of large-scale bids to be announced – Thursday 14^th February 2013

Bids for small scale projects should be submitted to
education.strategy at strath.ac.uk <mailto:education.strategy at strath.ac.uk>
by the 28^th of every month. However for the month of December only, the
above timeline will apply.

All other relevant information, including the application process is
available on the Education Portal.

Many thanks

Sarah
